I rate this 5/5 stars. The reason for this is the great customer service. I missing Japan Ramen and been looking for a good ramen place. I recommend the miso garlic and Tantan spicy ramen. Also the takoyaki and calamari definitely must try. It's a hidden treasure in Eastmont area. I would come back again

Akane Ramen is my kids favorite restaurant! They love the plain kids tonkotsu! I got the Spicy Tan Tan Ramen and my husband got the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen! Also, got the gyoza for appetizers! The flavor of the gyoza was perfect and it was delicious and crunchy! It was so good... that we ate it all up and forgot to take a picture! The flavor of the ramen was perfect and the protein portion was good! The servers were super nice. They would always check in with us and also make small conversation! I love supporting local businesses! Also, I really like how they keep the place super clean! The bathroom was also super clean!!! We love Akane and would go here regularly!
First time in and there was ample seating, friendly staff, and a clean atmosphere. The Okonomiyaki was absolutely delicious, and an order would be great as a stand alone lighter lunch. Unfortunately, the vegetable ramen was very bland, but the Tonkotsu was a great hit the only note being that the egg was cold. For dessert the mochi was a decent portion and it's nice to have them served in halves, but they were a bit freezer burnt. We're definitely planning to go back and try more of the menu, it's also super conveniently located with an easy access parking lot.
This is the second time coming back (August 2023), a place with many memories for me. I really like the man serving, he is very enthusiastic and friendly, working professionally. The food was delicious, brilliant, well worth the price as it was quite a lot
Akane is a great addition to the neighborhood. In the crowded Asian inspired fast food, Akane, offers a great new choice. The inside of the restaurant is very nice for a strip mall, its modern, feeling a bit like Asian inspired Ikea design (that is a compliment). The menu stays true to its origin, ramen. Pricing is on par for what you get. I am not going crazy over the food even though it was taste; I think its because it was a bit mono-flavored. Will I be back? sure. Do I recommend? sure.
